You can have your personal data removed from Sales Stratix. Which route to use depends on who you are.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Sales Stratix
That business holds your record and decides what is kept, so the quickest route is to ask them directly. If you would rather come to us, or they do not respond, email customersupport@salesstratix.com from the address on your record, or write to the postal address below, telling us:
- the name of the business, if you know it;
- the mobile number or email address they hold for you;
- what you want — to stop receiving messages, or to have the record deleted entirely.
We acknowledge within 3 working days and complete the request within 30 days. We may ask one question to confirm you are who you say you are; we will not ask for a document unless the request is disputed.
If you only want the messages to stop, you do not have to wait for us. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email. That takes effect immediately, and no business can override it.
If you hold a Sales Stratix account
Sign in at app.salesstratix.com and open your account settings, or email customersupport@salesstratix.com from your registered address asking us to close the account.
Closing an account deletes the workspace and everything in it within 30 days. Export anything you want to keep first; once it is gone we cannot recover it.
What is not deleted, and why
- Suppression records. If somebody opted out, we keep the minimum needed to remember that. Deleting it would allow them to be contacted again, which is the opposite of what they asked for.
- Invoices and financial records, which Indian tax and company law requires us to keep.
- Data already delivered to Meta. Once a WhatsApp message has been sent, it exists on Meta's systems and on the recipient's phone, and is governed by Meta's retention policy rather than ours.
